Like most of you, we are continually following the ever-changing coronavirus situation and we are focused on keeping everyone healthy and safe. At this time, we are not aware of anyone in our office being sick or even exposed to COVID-19, and we hope to keep it that way. Here are some of the steps our office has taken to keep our team and our clients safe:
Those working in the office are never closer than 6 feet apart, and we are disinfecting surfaces regularly, but we are working remotely as much as possible to keep the physical presence of staff in our office at or below 50%. If you are unable to reach your Tax Manager over the phone, he or she will be available via email.
We are keeping our doors shut. If you need to physically drop off documents, we have installed a new drop box at our entrance.
We offer ways for you to submit documents without coming to our office: use File Exchange on our secure portal. If you don't have a scanner, use one of the phone scanning apps (such as Microsoft Office Lens PDF Scanner) to scan and upload to File Exchange.

We will be mailing your original documents back to you when your returns have been filed.
We can email your returns and other tax documents with password-protection, but please don't email sensitive information to us, unless you can also password-protect it.
We offer you ways to e-sign your electronic filing authorization forms (individual returns only). Spouses filing joint returns will each need their own email address to verify their identities. Follow the link from the notifications you receive. If you choose to submit in another manner, click DECLINE SIGNATURE to stop the reminder emails.

Beginning on May 1, the office will close at 1:00 PM every Friday.
The office will be closed on July 16th and 17th, as well as September 4th and 7th.
